How can I create the test environment?
To create test environment, you have to create groups, create examinees and assign test to the groups.

Is it possible to capture the examinees' profile?
Yes. You can capture both personal as well as professional profile of the examinees.

How do I get the professional details of the examinees?
You have to configure the professional details - Technology and Domain and number of years of experience to enable the examinee to select those values.

After I create the login id and password for examinees, is it possible for me to send the login information through mail?
Yes. You can send the login details of the examinees by mail from the application.

How many groups I can create?
It is unlimited. You can create as many groups as you want.

How many users I can create?
It is unlimited. You can create as many users as you want. 

Is it possible for me to configure the test?
Yes, you can configure the test by increasing or decreasing the number of questions in each topic as well as the time to attend the test.

I want to rule out a specific topic from the test. Is it possible?
Yes. All you have to do is to decrease the number of questions in that topic to zero.

How will I know that the examinee is currently active?
You can check the Prove > Live Examinees. All the active examinees will be listed.

One of my client machine shut down accidentally in the course of test. I still see the examinee's name in the Live Examinee list. How do I detach the user?
You can do that by clicking the 'Unlock' from Prove > Live Examinees.

I do not want the examinee to view reports? How do I do that?
You have to enable the View reports option in Plan > Manage Security.

How do I make the examinees to view the reports?
You can do that by disenabling the View reports option in Plan > Manage Security.

I want to view each report of an examinee. How can I do that?
Go to Assess > Test Reports. Select the group and click on the examinee. Now select the test for which
you want to see the report.

I want to publish the result of the test conducted. Is it possible to do so?
Yes. You can query the examinees by date/group and passing score and publish the result with your
message.

Is it possible to view any graph with the available result?
Yes. You can view the graph from Assess Group.

Can I store all the reports?
Yes, you can store all the reports.

Can I communicate to the examinees in the process of short listing?
Yes, you can communicate to the examinees through mail or message. The examinees can view the message from the client application through Assess > My Appointment. You can also send them mails from the application.
