Who will provide technical support to the end users who purchase EPractize Labs product? Technical support is provided by our own company specialists. However, if you have the ability to provide better technical support service to our customers (e.g. in your country's native language, via telephone, or locally) this could be compensated for by changes made to your reseller status.
